“Bluestar!” gasped PeaPod, catching her breath as she popped out of
a snapdragon flower.

“Wha…?” Bluestar, who had been studying a rare blue butterfly,
rocked back on his heels in surprise. “Oh, it’s you! You scared me!
Would you please grow up?”

“Sorry!” said the tiny elf, and in a twinkling she was as tall as her
friend. “It’s just that I’m so excited, I can hardly wait to tell you my
news!”

“Go on, then. What is it?”

“While I was playing in Aunt Linda’s Elfery. I overheard her and her
niece, Rachel, planning a party for some princesses!
