Chester Campbell was presented The Silver Falchion Award for his mystery novel, The Surest Poison, at the Guest of Honor Banquet August 15 at the Killer Nashville Mystery Conference. This was the second year for the award, which is given for the best achievement in publishing to a Killer Nashville attending author as voted on by his or her peers. The Surest Poison was chosen from sixteen books nominated.
